Sunday School time is almost here! 

We are set to start a new year of Sunday School beginning on September 14th.

This year we are excited to be starting a new program! We are going to be using the rotation model of Sunday school. With this model, the Sunday school children spend several weeks on the same Bible story, experiencing it through many different hands-on activities like doing a puppet play, playing various games, or even cooking a special recipe. The objective is to help the children better understand and remember the Bible stories while having a whole lot of fun!

In order to better prepare for the new season and obtain the materials needed, we are asking you to fill out a Sunday School Registration Form letting us know that your child/children are planning to attend Sunday School. You can even download an extra form to give to your neighbors or friends!  Please return completed forms to Diane Trampe’s mailbox at church.

Also, we could use your help! The only way this program will work is with volunteers to run it. One of the best parts of the rotation model is you don’t have to commit to an entire year; you can volunteer to help for just a class or two! Perhaps you like doing games, or maybe you like doing crafts. Do you like drama? We are looking for volunteers to help in running some of our Sunday school sessions. We will supply all the materials, provide assistance if needed and even tell you what to do; all you need to do have fun making the Bible stories come to life for the Sunday School children. And you might just have fun and learn something too!
