Holy Trinity Lutheran Church is proud to have started the first public community garden in Franklin Township — the Somerset Community Garden.
The garden opened in 2010 with 36 ten-by-ten plots. We now have over 100 ten-by-ten plots, as well as a number of raised table gardens for those with limited mobility. We offer gardening and home preserving workshops throughout the year, helping our friends and neighbors plan for and use their healthy harvest.
